When can I expect my order?
As a part of our sustainable efforts, all merch related items are made-to-order via Print-on-Demand. We appreciate your patience in advance. You can expect your order to ship within the next 2-3 weeks.
How do I start the returns process?
Unfortunately, due to the nature and capcity of our business, at the moment we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. One an order is placed all sales are final. Please feel free to reach out to Customer Service prior to the purchase pf your order if you have any questions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please reach out with any questions you have and we’d be more than happy to accommodate prior to purchase. :)
Can you help me with an exchange?
Of course, note that customers are required to pay for shipping when exchanging an item. Once your item is received we will begin the exchange process as all orders are currently made-to-order. We recommend that you carefully review the product description and size chart before making your purchase to ensure that you select the correct size and style. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Help! My Order arrived damage or was stolen!
When you add the Mental Clarity Protection Plan at checkout, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
